In addition, one in two Singaporeans have not attained the kind of life they envision having. In fact, in 2019 the annual World Happiness Report by the United Nations, ranked Singapore at 34/156 countries, falling 12 places from 22nd in 2016.

Jason is a survivor in every sense of the word.
After a motorcycle accident and explosion, he was in fact, pronounced dead.
Today, Jason is a sought after international Motivational Speaker who’s spoken to over 12,000 individuals in corporate organizations and schools such as AIA, Deutsche Bank, Great Eastern, Hwa Chong Institution, St. Joseph's Institution, Meridian Junior College and more and is a TEDx Speaker in Singapore. He has spoken in more than 4 countries and 5 cities. He also published a book translated into two languages, and is a Life Coach for those seeking a fresh start.
What drives him is YOLT, an acronym for You Only Live Twice; Jason’s “second life’s” work to do his part to Influence & Impact humanity to "Live Twice”; to cease settling for an empty existence and regret, and instead truly, Come Alive.
An experienced consultant, coach and strategic leader for over 18 years, Caleb has wide spectrum of experience in mentoring and coaching many business leaders, in more than 25 industries, and has led them to achieve exceptional organizational results.
Currently, Caleb partners with the financial, retail, service, hospitality, engineering and government sectors, delivering programs on emotional intelligence, professional branding, career coaching, service innovation and building high performance teams. He has since trained VPs, directors, and senior managers to young professionals from Fairprice, Maybank, Western Union, SATS, Louis Vuitton, UOB, Grant Thornton, Schaeffler, P&G and many other MNCs.

Elaine Chan has more than 15 years in banking and personal financial advisory. Her career spans across multinational companies such as Citibank, Prudential and AIA. It was her experience in Citibank’s offshore banking arm that established a robust foundation as a financial consultant.
She believes in the importance of providing sound financial advice rooted in integrity and recognizes the need for financial literacy to be taught in formative years of education. She has coached financial literacy and smart investment in focus groups and workshops in Singapore and Shanghai.
Elaine is currently completing her Masters in Translation and Interpretation while pursuing a Masters in Wealth Management.
